Oubai Shahbandar

Founder

Oubai Shahbandar brings over two decades of experience at the highest levels of U.S. national security. His career began as a defense intelligence operator deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, and advanced through senior policy advisory roles at the Pentagon, where he focused on the Middle East and Central Asia.

He has counseled Secretaries of Defense and senior policymakers on counterterrorism strategy, defense cooperation, and intelligence analysis across America’s most critical security priorities.

Drawing on an extensive network of government relationships worldwide and direct engagement with senior officials in the Trump administration, Oubai transitioned into the private sector to apply his strategic expertise to the energy and defense industries.

Marlon Bateman

Co-Founder

Marlon has served senior executive clients such as the U.S. Attorney General, The Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the 2024 Trump campaign, and a range of senior political and corporate clients.

Prior to entering the private sector, Marlon served as the Chief of Staff to the U.S. State Department’s Office of Policy and Planning, the principal strategic arm of the State Department. Marlon previously oversaw media relations and public affairs for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and worked as a strategic advisor at Oracle.

He has also worked as the Press Secretary for the Republican National Committee and as a communications advisor for Senator Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential campaign. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Marlon is also a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
